Description   In 1991, Yamaha transitioned from the parallel twin 250cc engine to the new v-twin model. This 1991 still has its original 3YL stamped cylinder, although it can be upgraded easily to the newer 4DP style if desired. This is a very rare, 1 year only, design of the iconic v-twin Yamaha TZ250. This machine was campaigned in Texas over the years, but has been sitting for the past few years. It does run and sounds pretty good. But it would be a good idea to give it a full rebuild before running it in anger with AHRMA or terrorizing your local track day event. Ohlins shock installed.
