Used transmission cover for an early NX4 RS125 (95-02) as it has the threaded attachment point for the cable.

Note this has been modified to have a gear position sensor installed. Has an o-ring too, which is nice.

Package it arrived in says 'new bearings'. They feel new and very smooth, but I didn't install so no 100% sure.
